Version 0.7.1 - Updates & Fixes


Hello everyone!

There has been a few small updates to POUR IT ON 'EM! that I want to quickly highlight. These are grouped as either fixes or updates. Fixes are rules where written poorly or incorrectly, and does not change the intent. Updates are changes of intent to the game.

UPDATES

  • Cost of Talents reduced to 2 Req.
    • Talents haven't seen a lot of play in playtesting because they have been too expensive to include. Reducing the cost of talents to help them see play.

FIXES

  • Wording of Suppress weapon special rule changed.
    • Previously called for a "moral test", which was previous vocabulary. Fixed to now call for a pin test.
  • Fixed shooting penalty for pinned units.
    • Previously called for "-1 if the target is pinned," which was not the intent. Fixed to now call for "-1 if this unit is wounded or pinned."
  • Included shooting penalty for being wounded into the bulleted list.
    • See above fix. Now wounded and pinned units will only suffer a -1 penalty instead of a cumulative -2 penalty.
  • Passing rally action wording updated.
    • Intent is for pinned tokens to be removed at the end of the turn. Also, removed caveat about performing a second action if this unit is not wounded as this was a hold over from previous design iteration.
